— Our Story
Capstone Concepts was founded in 2012 and began operating two Mr. Gatti’s Pizza locations in Knoxville, TN and signed a Multi-Unit franchise agreement with First Watch. On October 21, 2013, we opened our first First Watch location in the Turkey Creek Shopping District in West Knoxville. We currently operate eleven locations across our territory in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina. We are also working on opening additional location in Tennessee and North Carolina.
Our goals at Capstone Concepts are to create relationships that last and help our team members reach their potential with an environment that supports growth and recognizes achievements.
