The restaurant company will host a celebration and giveaways on Monday, October 22
KNOXVILLE, Tennessee – October 9, 2018 – Award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant First Watch will be celebrating five years in Knoxville on October 21. In honor of the milestone, local franchise group Capstone Concepts is making an investment in a new Stage in Founders Park. “We think this project is unique, fun, and most of all tangible for many years to come. It will add to the already good experience for the Summer Concert series and offer more flexibility for other events in the Town. On Monday October 22nd customers are invited to join the restaurant’s staff at First Watch’s first Knoxville location in Turkey Creek at 11682 Parkside Drive for a day of celebrations and giveaways.
The first 100 customers who arrive at First Watch in Turkey Creek on October 22 will receive a First Watch ceramic coffee mug, and all customers that day can enter to win free weekly breakfast for two for a year. The winner will be announced at 2:35 that same day. First Watch will also be collecting donations Sunday October 21st through Sunday October 28th and will match up to $5,000 in donations toward the project.

The seven First Watch restaurants in Knoxville, Chattanooga and Johnson City are owned and operated by Capstone Concepts, a Knoxville-based franchise group that also owns two Mr. Gatti’s Pizza restaurants and one local The Egg & I restaurant. The franchise group opened first brought First Watch to Knoxville in October 2013 and was honored with First Watch Restaurants’ prestigious Franchisee of the Year award in 2017.
First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional and innovative offerings made to order using farm fresh ingredients. It includes crave-able items such as Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The restaurants will offer healthy, flavorful favorites like house-made granola and pico de gallo, organic greens, house-roasted vegetables and cage-free eggs as well as more indulgent, traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings. First Watch serves the restaurant’s new Project Sunrise coffee, grown by an independent group of female farmers in Huila, Colombia, called Mujeres en Café, as well as options options from its Juice Bar – including the best-selling Kale Tonic – juiced in-house daily using only the highest quality fruits and vegetables.
First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers customers complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
